Exchanges

In case that you are unhappy with any part of the goods, please contact us within 5 days and return the item(s) in the original packaging and good within 14 days. After complete inspection, we will be happy to issue you with an exchange of the preferred item. We are not responsible for any damages caused during the shipping process.

Cancellations / Refunds

Unfortunately cancellations / refunds are not accepted at this time.

Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 1 - 3 working days (Monday - Friday). In case of any special occasions where the orders cannot be shipped within this period, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Local Shipping

Within the Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, orders can be sent using the following services.

Hong KongCourier Service - Your order will usually be shipped using alocal courier, depending on availability. Couriers will deliver within 1 to 2 working days after your package has been dispatched and a signature will be required upon delivery.

International Shipping

Outside of the Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, you may select from the following shipping methods:

International Couriers- Your order will usually be shipped using an international courier, or another courier. Couriers will usually deliver within 1 to 5 working days after your package has been dispatched and a signature will be required upon delivery.
